Foodiary Whole30 day 1.

Allright here is day 1’s foodiary in my way of eating Paleo strict for 30 days. Good and no complaints. A little hungry though still and too tired to think. Tonight I want 4 hours deep sleep at least!


For breakfast; boiled eggs and 1/2 grape fruit. For lunch; a crunchy salad with apple, grilled chicken, spring onoions, home made mayo, curry and roasted almonds. For dinner; a meat dish with nice spices, onions, carrot and broccoli. For snacks I have had roasted coconut flakes and a bunch of fresh blue berries.


Snoozing away in the sofa post gym. Killed at spinning and gave the pedals all I could give.

Allright – now a few preparing bits for tomorrow’s meals. Lots of cooking happening right now.
