I had a terrible night sleep wise. Just over 1 hr deep sleep is not enough on a school night! Especially not on a Sunday before the first Monday after holiday. I did spend the awake time making plans and writing lists and being pretty creative. Thumbs up for that.
Anyway! I made it in the office and am writing this on my way to the gym for some fat burning spinning in the gym.
Am doing it sleeping or awake. Gained 3,5 kilos during summer and it ain’t pretty. Work it. Detox day 1 soon done!
