Do not read this post. Monday bore.

4 am: woke up by heavy rain. Awaited rain to stop for a couple of hours. Could  not go back to sleep.

6.30 am: Weigh in -0,3 kg since last week. Not like wow, but I guess now and again the body just slows down. My bike ride to work cancelled due to crazy rain. Repack and get on the packed bus in wellingtons and awful rain jacket. I felt out of place.

7ish am: in the office. Stressing about nothing really but overall happy about the day in the office.

7.30-5 pm: working and thinking the day away.

5 pm: knackered, taking the bus home. Ove cuddles and a mini walk.

6pm: early dinner. Swedish “kålpudding”, perfect healthy comfort food today. After dinner Ove cuddles and trying to pep me to get off to the gym even though all I want to do is sleep.

7:05 pm: go to the gym. Get crazy dancing with Vladimir and the ladies. It lifted me and I surely needed the boost. However, I do not recommend eating a big kålpudding just 1 hour before 60 minutes of Body jam.

9 pm: in the sofa, showered and done. Body is swollen and tired. Flicking through my new paleo OMG book by Juli Bauer. Getting inspired, but still no energy.
