Buttered and battered.

Oh, lovely Monday! Well, after a horrifying moment on the scales everything just felt better and better. Have not weighed myself since October and the number had increased more than I had expected. Anyway, in order to get back on track I need the numbers and the facts. I need the food plans and lots of good training. Again. I am prepared and I have a perfect notebook to keep track of my lows and highs and how I get on.

It was a great day at work and lovely a birthday lunch with my colleauge Peanuts at Tradition just next to the office. I had a perfect “oxbringa med savoykål och pepparotssås och hericot verts”. Got shit loads done in the office, back home sorting snack out before training. A rainy walk with the dog and then dancing and core training for 90 minutes. Beaten up and totally battered. But it feels great. Tomorrow I am back on it!

ImageToday I went analoge using my new Moleskine health journal planning out my week of food and training. Fingers crossed I will keep the focus and not sway.

ImageGorgeous avocado filled with mayonnaise and prawns and dill. Perfect pre gym fuel.

Day one is done! Time to fry up some salsiccia in proper butter to serve with spinache and parmiggiano. NOMNOMNOM!
