Today work was spent in an art gallery and conference disussing identity, brand, love and and awareness. We did SWOT models and had some good talks on how to move forward. We also walked around getting inspired (well some of us) by the exhibition by the painter Andreas Eriksson. Our little group with toilet humour from hell made the guides in the gallery nervous. Anyway, all in all. Fun day! Also this next coming months will be very exciting. New organisation that I first was a bit sad about because I will loose a good colleague of mine. But now she has got a new job so I am happy for her. The new team will all be on Malta meaning I will be travelling there a lot this spring. A few things getting used to but in the end it will be good.
I did yoga this morning. Over stretched my left shoulder in the cobra. How is that even possible?! Yesterday I was dizzy in the body combat due to the left out snack before training and over dosing coffee. Again the little walk uphill back home felt like a marathon with shaky legs.
I am longing for Skåne and seeing my family again. I am hoping to go down in a couple of weeks and see how my mum’s progress is going. According to herself she is doing VERY well being at home not even using the crutch around the flat.
Hmmm, what else? Valentine’s day coming up on Friday. Since love is cancelled – again, I ran out of plans. Ove the dog and Netflix will have to do. Not a bad plan at all!
Yesterday I had a clean out in my office. So, bag and brush and hair oil on top shelf. My training shelf with towels, toiletry bag, trainers and boxing gloves on the middle shelf. And then shoes. Home away from home! I calculated (yes!) that I spend close to 2020 hours a year in that office. I should really get more of my personal stuff in there.
I do love my gray sweat shirt. A lot.
Check it out! Fascinating stuff to be experienced at Bonniers Konsthall.
The opposite of puke are my Kermit frittatas. For 4 frittatas: mix 1 broccoli, 1 small onion, a bit of garlic, sundried tomatoes in a food processor or mixer. In another boule whisk two eggs and pour over the broccoli stuff and mix it together with some almond flour until you have a good mixture. Shape it into “burgers” and fry them in a generous amount of fat (I use coconut oil). 3 minutes on each side. I had mine with salsiccia, baby leaves spinache and garlice dip. Beautiful!
Now off to bed! Inspired but so so tired.
