I am working on being more mindful. I am using a couple of apps downloaded to my phone and I am doing about three smaller exercises a day. Body scanning, breathing exercises and a mini meditation. I have a very short attention span and these shorter versions make it easier for me.

Doing it in the office.

Doing it before eating.

Doing it in bed (sofa).

Not doing it here but just wanted show off my kick ass cute dog Ove yet again.
