I have some problems with my post gym look. After 1,5 hrs spinning in the gym and rushing down the stairs of Hötorget to catch the fastest train home I am dripping. Problem is I need to hurry home to Ove the dog and there is no time to shower and fix myself in the gym. I sit, not so little humiliated, binge drinking water from my sporty looking water bottle to make sure my co-commuters understand that I am not sick or anything. Just VERY sporty. And a little bit stinky. I do apologise,
I am still deep breathing from my two classes. I am becoming a spinning nerd and I love it. The intervals, the endurance tests, the speedy gonzales! My heart and legs are getting stronger and the blood pushing through my vains makes me feel alive. Today I did roller coaster spinning where you work with moving towards high point of your pulse and back to a lower point. And repeat. The fitter you are the quicker you come back down to the lower level resulting in more repeats. After that, 60 mins, with the instructor Jessica Clarén who is amazing. We worked strength and endurance. She makes us all feel like proper cyclists out on the road going for the medal.
Next session is on Wednesday, Zumba followed by Pilates. Perfect combo!
Enough gym talk. Need to cuddle my dog and continue breathing.
