Blue sky and elbows.

A weekend of pause is coming to an end. With the help from having lovely chats and plenty of naps and a long walk under a Blue December sky I have decomposed a first week of boot camp. Friday’s class was the hardest and Romeo was angry for some reason and from Monday he will be tougher on us with punishment push ups for not wearing the correct T-shirt or drinking water in class when not allowed. With bruised elbows and knees I am glad to say I actually look forward to week 2 of getting screamed at. 8 more classes to go!

Sore and bruised but smiling.

Look up at the sky!

Post class warrior face. Fake it until you make it. And no tears!

I am getting into sense of coherence (SOC) and learning about the great work Aaron Antonovsky came out with in the late 1970’s. How some people cope with poor health better and get healthier through comprehensibility, manageability and meaningfulness. Understand the root of the problem/disease. Learn how to cope and find a meaning with it all. In Swedish SOC is KASAM!

Kasam ya’ll! Dinner time is here!

Ulrika/ who is really into salmon right now!

Things I love: Ove the dog, Signe Larsson the cat, the sea, green life lakes, the ocean, plants, fashion, vintage all in a good old mix, hip hop, sneakers, the sun, my family, mindfulness, Yoga, movies, books, dancing, cycling, food. I do not love: too long winters, grumpy old men, grumpy old women, animal cruelty, net hate, rasism

  1. God Jul!
Hoppas att få hemligheten bakom din diet eller är det bara speglar, som gör att dina kinder nu buktar inåt? Lär mig hur man imploderar! Är det gymnastisk tortyr du är med om eller bara vanlig botgöring? Tagelskjorta, gissel och törnekronor är alternativa späkningsmetoder…
    Allt gott!
